Unexpected delights by the pool
The pool area was clean and well-maintained. Staff were always eager to help, and the evening entertainment was engaging.

Location, hotel is quite close to the beach (Playa de la Pineda). room is quite comfortable and bathroom luxurious, although with the shower slipped a little. air conditioning was great, regulated and powerful. In the breakfast great variety and adapted to people with intolerance or allergy to the milk of cow. waitresses of plant and service of cleanliness, excellent.
The food could be better, more to the native palate. And more variety in the brunch. At the front desk, in my opinion all the staff should understand Spanish. It is very good that competent languages like Russian or Polish are spoken. But that you address one person and cannot engage in a basic level conversation or that you address another colleague. I don't think that's a good thing. The system of entering and leaving the car park should be improved

Well-maintained pool areas provided a nice retreat.
My experience was overshadowed by the air conditioning which didn't work in our room. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no solution was provided, leaving us to suffer through uncomfortable nights. We encountered noise disturbances from other guests that impacted our tranquility .

Clean hotel, good location. Pretty good breakfast buffet.
Rooms & furniture old. The room I got was quite noisy. I also wanted a double bed but got twin beds. Despite these two issues, staff was not willing to change my room.

meals were very good. breakfast was great. location also we like very much... near the beach Long, there is slope to lower therefore at the time of returning it cost a little since I went with my daughter of 1 year and with the car and heat that was costing. restaurant staff are the best. They are very friendly, nice, attentive... I have never been in a hotel with such a cool staff, that is very appreciated!
In the room we stayed 3 adults and one year old girl (cradle) and she was quite small. Little space to walk around the room. We stayed on the first floor (very good because we often didn't take the elevator) but the windows and walls are not soundproof and you could hear everything on the street; buses, people... the rooms next door were also heard talking.

The panoramic sea view from the 6th-floor room was amazing. The local meats served at breakfast added a good touch, but the buffet felt chaotic and crowded. The entertainment, while varied, didn't appeal to everyone. Proximity to several beautiful beaches made it worthwhile, but a steep walk back to the hotel posed a challenge.

Good location (nice beaches near), very delicious food, clean rooms, nice animators, very friendly stuff (including Russian-speaking), good service - would give 9 of 10 points to this hotel
No discos (for small children only), safe paid additionally

The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms were nice, the bathroom was great with a powerful and easy to use shower. Couldn't find anything much to complain of.
There was a lot of noise around 1 a.m. when the rubbish guys came round outside our room. Also more noise around 5.30/6.00 a.m when various lorries were at the back of the hotel where we were, unloading goods. I guess it's the same with other hotels in the area, as they seem to do a lot of night time restocking and rubbish disposal.

The kids enjoyed the mini disco, a fun highlight for our family evenings.
The cleaning staff's early morning noise was disruptive, making it hard to have a restful sleep.

Lovely accommodation with polite staff in Every member of staff. Marvellous location next to Llarga Beach. Variety of bars and restaurants to eat outside.

Room tiny. View terrible. Music by pool played all evening was extremely loud and annoying. Would recommend for families with no imagination!

missingWrote a review on 10 Septpoor entertainment
The so-called entertainment was just an old singer echoing through the walls. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift for my hardships but nothing, just mediocre service. I almost wanted to give a good review, but who am I kidding?

Perfect family getaway!
The snack bar by the pool was a lifesaver for quick bites, and the staff were so thoughtful, always keeping our drinks topped up. The kids loved the evening bingo games. One thing tho, the reception staff could be a bit brusque with requests, kinda off-putting.
